RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Answer customer enquiry and handle customer complaints on products, orders and after sale service in a professional manner
  • Handle e-commerce logistics issue with internal & external parties
  • Daily Order Processing
  • Support daily operation
  • Assist in optimizing operation workflow projects
  • Reflect customer feedback and suggest service improvement in terms of products, system and daily workflow
  • Prepare various reports such as case report, refund reports etc

REQUIREMENTS 
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Customers Service or any related discipline
  • 1-2 years e-Commerce experience from retail industry
  • Fluent in spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good PC skill including MS office, Chinese and English word typing
  • Ability to work independently, service-oriented approach with a positive and good attitude in helping customers
  • Immediate available is preferred
