JOB DUTIES

  • Handle all customer enquiries and complaints through phone calls and email correspondence
  • Liaise with logistics, merchandising and stores on customer delivery and stock issues
  • Collect and direct customer feedback on products and service to related internal parties
  • Conduct after-sales site inspection in relation to complaint handling
  • Prepare regular report / review on complaints
  • Assist in other customer service-related matters

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma holder or above, 1-2 year working experience in customer service
  • Working experience retail industry would be an advantage
  • Proficient in both written & spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good inter-personal and coordination skills, detail minded and independent
  • Good computer skills in MS Excel
  • Location : Causeway Bay
