If your purchase order is including Furniture, Rug and Floor mirror or Similar size item, Furniture Item Delivery Charge scheme will be applied.
No refund of delivery fee if no one is receiving delivery on the appointed date, a second delivery will be arranged upon further appointment. Further delivery fee will be levied under such circumstance.
Special charges will be applied if delivery truck (5.5 tones or above) is not able to enter the main entrance of the delivery address, or if there are no lift in the building of the delivery address or the lift is unable to use or not suitable for delivery; or staircase delivery is required.
Additional delivery fee would be charged for any exchange of goods. (except due to manufacturing defects)
Should we be unable to deliver the sold goods, delivery charge could not be refund.
Delivery Areas
We offer delivery service to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories. Delivery service is not available for Outlying Islands, including Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau & Peng Chau (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay) and restricted area in Hong Kong , and delivery via Balconies. There is no international delivery service.
Should we be unable to arrange delivery to your location, Francfranc HONG KONG LIMITED liability will be limited to refund the payment received ONLY.
Delivery Time
Typically, your purchase order will be delivered within 2 - 3 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
Purchase order with only accessories item will be delivered via courier on week days only (except on public holiday).
Online purchase order of Furniture, Rug and Floor mirror or Similar size item should be completed for delivery within 30 days from date of purchase and Accessories item should be completed for delivery within 14 days from date of purchase. If over the designated period of delivery, your online purchase order will be cancelled and we will contact you by e-mail for the refund arrangement.
If purchase order of Furniture, Rug and Floor mirror or Similar size item is via physical store, your order should be completed for delivery within 30 days from date of purchase. Storage charge will be applied after 30days. Please contact online@francfranc.com.hk for more detail of the service charge.
lf your purchase order could not be completed within 6 months after date of purchase, and if there is no further arrangement could be reached, Francfranc should reserve the right to handle the purchased item(s) with its own absolute discretion without further notice.
Delivery will be cancelled and re-arranged in case of typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm warning.
Delivery Time (Pre-Order items)
If your purchase order is including Modern Works Pre-order items, delivery time usually take 2 months to arrive. For more details, please kindly contact our CS.
Change of Delivery
Advance notice of 3 working days is required for any re-schedule of delivery date. Please email online@francfranc.com.hk in advance for arrangement.
Delivery address cannot be changed on the date of delivery(for example, the management office of the address, neighborhood’s house). Should customer decided to have such address changes, advance notice of 3 working days is required.
Assembly Service
Our assembly service does not include any wall mounting or renovation works.
Ad hoc assembling service will not be provided if customer did not request when placing order. Should customer decided to have such service after arrival, customer should visit our shop and settle the related charges, and such service will be arranged on another agreed date.
Delivery Acceptance
Customer is required to check the product quantity and condition after delivery company unpacks all the packaging. If customer rejects to unpack your purchased items, we reserve the right not to accept any claims on product damage, defects and quantity variance thereafter.
Once your parcel has been signed for you will be responsible for any damage to or loss of your items.
