E-commerce Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Store Operations 
      • Manage daily operations of Tmall and the official website 
      • Handle product uploads, content updates, category arrangement, and price management 
      • Handle regular translation needs for the multilingual website. 
      • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse 
      • Manage order processing, presales and aftersales inquiries, returns/exchanges, and logistics follow up 

Marketing & Promotion Support 

      • Assist with major platform campaigns (e.g., 618, Double 11) 
      • Work with the design and marketing teams to create banners and product page materials 
      • Assist in writing product descriptions and promotional content 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 1–3 years of e-commerce operation experience (Shopify, Tmall Global, or official website experience preferred) 
  • Familiar with basic e-commerce backend operations; proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used office software. 
  • Good written skills in both Chinese and English; able to handle multilingual website content and translation tasks 
  • Detail oriented, responsible, and good at handling operational details
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with marketing, warehouse, customer service, and platform KA teams
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to solve problems independently
