E-Commerce Senior Customer Service Officer / Customer Service Officer
Job Description
- Provide quick response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services through phone, instant messaging and email
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure the customer order is delivery on time
- Resolve customer product aftersales enquiries in timely and professional manner
Required experience
- Diploma or Degree holder in Customers Service or any related discipline
- At least 2 years working experience in Retail, Airline, Hospitality or Call Centre is preferred
- Customer-oriented with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good product claim handling and judgement skills
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command in both written Chinese and English
