Accounting and Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and office supplies for office and retail stores
  • Provide administrative support to the office
  • Coordinate company activities and communication among departments and liaise with external parties
  • Maintain proper filing and accounting records
  • Prepare accounting documents including payments and payment received
  • Prepare monthly account reports
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned;

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above in Accounting or Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Working experience in retail industry would be an advantage
  • Proficient in both written & spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good inter-personal and coordination skills, detail minded and independent
  • Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing
  • Fresh graduates would also be considered
  • Immediately available is preferred
