Why New Membership Scheme?

To provide customers with a better and more exciting shopping experience, we will undergo a series of optimization from 2024 onwards, from display style, product design, product diversity to product pricing. We, therefore, launching a new membership scheme to better meet your needs.

Membership transitions

We understand that it takes time for you to spend your accumulated FUN!. Below is a timeline of the transition period for your reference, so that you can transition into our new membership scheme in a smoother and more efficient manner.

Stop recruitment on current membership programme

March 4 (Mon)

Stop distribution of FUN!

*For online orders, FUN! will be credited based on the delivery date. If you wish to earn FUN!, please place your order before February 25th 2024.

March 24 (Sun)

Before this date, all members shall redeem your reward in the app and use them at our physical stores or online shop.

March 25 (Mon)

The current FUN! membership scheme will be deactivated.

accumulated FUN!

Accumulated FUN! that has not been redeemed will not be returned or refunded in any form.
Before 24th March 2024, 
all members shall redeem your reward in the app and use them at our physical stores or online shop.

New Membership Level

Your existing membership will be automatically transferred to the new membership system. At that time, you only need to provide the phone number you used for registration for our staffs to confirm, and you will be able to enjoy the exclusive benefits under the new programme.
