■Cooling effect: Below 9 degrees (3 hours) *Temperature after filling the product with cold water and leaving it for 3 hours from when the temperature reaches 4 degrees ± 1 degree
■Heat retention effect: Above 56 degrees (3 hours) *Temperature after filling the product with hot water and leaving it for 3 hours from when the temperature reaches 95 degrees ± 1 degree
■Before first use, check the body for cracks or damage and wash thoroughly with a soft sponge and dish soap.
■It is more effective to preheat (pre-cool) the body by putting a small amount of hot water (cold water) in it for a few minutes before putting in a drink.
■When closing the lid, make sure the gasket is properly installed and close it securely.
■Install the gasket with the longer, outward-protruding side facing upwards.
■The lid is not completely airtight, so please be careful not to spill when carrying it.
■In some designs, due to the nature of the pattern processing, there may be wrinkles or bleeding in the transfer paper, but this does not affect the quality, so please understand.
■Do not use for anything other than keeping beverages hot or cold.
■Be careful not to overfill with beverages.
■Do not put in soups, sports drinks or other foods high in salt, dairy products, fruit pulp, tea leaves, etc., as this may cause rust and spoilage.
■If strong-smelling items are left in the container for a long time, the smell may remain in the container.
■Do not put in dry ice.
■Do not leave beverages in the container for a long time, as this may lead to spoilage or deterioration; consume them on the same day.
■Do not place near fire or stoves. This may cause burns, deformation, or discoloration of the product.
■If the product is deformed or damaged, stop using it immediately.
■Do not subject the product to strong impacts, such as dropping it from a height.
■Do not rub the product with hard objects, as this may cause scratches or peeling of the paint.
■The paint may peel off due to chemicals and alcohol contained in hand cream, etc.

■Do not put it in the freezer.
■The paint on the main body and its heat retention/cooling properties will deteriorate over time with use. If the heat retention decreases, the main body will become hot and may cause burns, so stop using it.
■The lid may be difficult to open and close due to internal pressure, but the internal pressure will be reduced if you attach the lid to the main body with the slider open and then close the slider.
■After use, use dish soap diluted with lukewarm water.
■If dirt on the inside of the main unit is difficult to remove, use an oxygen-based bleach for approximately 30 minutes. *Do not use bleach on the outside of the main unit as it may cause the paint to peel off.
■Do not soak the main unit, as this may cause paint peeling, deformation, rust, etc.
■Do not use chlorine-based bleach, thinner, benzene, alcohol, metal scrubbers, polishing powder, cleansers, etc.
■Do not boil the main unit, as this may deform the parts and cause burns.
■After washing, wipe off the moisture as soon as possible and dry thoroughly.
■Insufficient maintenance may cause dirt, discoloration, odor, and paint peeling.
■Due to the adhesion of iron and other impurities in the water, spotted red rust or limescale may adhere to the main unit during use. In this case, put lukewarm water with about 10% vinegar added to the main unit, leave it for about 30 minutes, and then wash thoroughly with a soft sponge.
